@@samueldaniel1079 I have the same issue since their latest update. Please report to STPEN. What I do is to check after 1:30 (that's when you get your first earnings). If I have not earned by then, I stop the run, and start again. Usually it fixes on the first restart, but on couple of occasions I've had to restart the run twice.

I'll try to look for it and send it to you if I do find it. I think the unlimited supply keeps barrier of entry stable and not too high. In the end the amount of ppl playing the game will decide how long the ecosystem will live.

Yea so I suggest just repairing after every run. Definitely repair before you lvl up because its cheaper at lower lvls. Dur < 51 you start to get 0.9x of what you where supposed to earn and it goes all the way down to 0.2x at 20 dur

So do you think, although walkers earn little less than others, their purchasing cost will be much higher beacuse people can walk and earn everyday but can not run? Or the game team will find other advantages for the runner sneakers?
I 100% agree with your statement. There's no use if you can move everyday. Me personally I can't stand running or jogging so I have a walker and that really fits me well. When I go for food or just explore the neighborhood I prefer to walk around instead of getting all sweaty haha

Hi~ In terms of long term gain that is somewhat correct since you can gain 5 energy and run with a better stat shoe while leaving possibilities to mint with your common shoes. However in terms of fastest return on investment through profit, you would definitely need more time since you are purchasing more shoes and one of them being uncommon. You can share my videos to the group and see if they agree! That would help if anyone is trying to brainwash ppl haha

Yes you definitely could do this as a couple, start off with one shoe each, both of you save up some gst and mint your shoes together as much as you’d like

The return is kinda slim tho by minting you're approx losing 1 sol per shoe so 2 sol in total. adding in the 200 gst you spent it approximately equals the shoe price of a mint 0 shoe

Im a runner, excercise most every day. And my runs usually go for 45 mins all the way to to 2 hours. I only have 10 solana, and want to build up by actually playing... running. Whats the best strategy for a real life runner, with only 10 solana to spend on this. Thanks!
Buy a runner and start earning gst. Level up to lvl 9 and 80 days you should be able to buy 2 more shoes by transitioning your gst to sol. Of course you could also do multiple accounts at that point to maximize your running minutes but the team might roll out features to ban that. It’s gonna be hard for you to get 45 minutes of running without extra capital tho. You can refer to my previous video on different running time scenarios and their costs

Just to get to the value of GST the price would have to be more than 60 USD, which looking at the marketcap is not realistic. I know you can't compare the two like that, but it does give some indication. Anyway, I hope GST stays around the same price or higher in the long run, as I have 3 common walking sneakers + one uncommon sneaker :)

I'm curious what they want to do too. There was easter egg rumors in the community abt other game modes not included in the whitepaper and other NFT accessories. depends on how much you spent on it but if you choose not to level up then approximately 52 days. I would recommend you level up to lvl 9 if getting back initial investment is your first priority and stay at lvl 9 for approx 40 days. But in general I would suggest you refer to my previous video and lvl up to 28 gradually.

@@KIDDSMASH5 That aligns with the model. You sneaker base stats are different from what I used to calculate. But in my case, my sneaker had 30 eff and 6 res at lvl 6 and it produced the same amount of net gst per run as you. So it's just the difference in efficiency points.
Yea tbh the only reason i made this video is to eliminate the fear for ppl who haven't entered. If you've already started, generally just keep on lvling up.

So the original liquidity was provided from the funding they received and they anticipate the future cash flow to be supported by taxing in game transactions. However, like all gamefi projects, you have to look at multiple aspects like team, community, roadmap etc to determine if it’s sustainable. I personally think that it’ll live at least an year but with more features rolling out and the right marketing, the sky is the limit. In terms of gst price it’s really supply and demand. I would suggest you research some token economics videos on that part!

@@learnthecode8175 The dual token system should be here for good. So, no GMT will not substitute GST. Instead it will have different values and utilities. The GST will continue to be the main currency for in game activities while the GMT will be geared more towards governance and other utilities.

Tbh I think staying at lvl 9 and 19 would prolly be really close in terms of days you need to recover initial investment. However, I think in the long run the higher lvl you have the better. So by all means go for lvl 19!

But to my knowledge it should be because of either bad connection (of course assuming you're not connected to wifi) or just bad hardware. If it the first situation then try running somewhere else. If it's the latter, then switching a device would prolly be the only solution.
I might have used the phrase ROI a bit wrong but what I was trying to say was to get back your initial investment amount covered from profit. So in terms of ROI it's actually 0% on day 37 or in terms of cash on cash its 1x

Bro, Assume initial investment 10 sol=900$..and bought jogger with level 5 , efficiency 25 and resilience 8 then you will able to earnings 10 Gst/day =30$..so in 30 days 30×30=900$..So ROI in 30 days..am I Right or missing something??
So I’m your case, I think you’re missing repair costs. Also in my model I added two 0.9 factors to buffer and account for suboptimal circumstances. If you don’t repair at day 7 you’ll be earning less gst and at day 17 you’ll be barely earning.
Our team also suggested that but since lvl 10 scenario already started to show signals of slowing down ROI, I didn't include it i the video. I'll include it in a future video.

Depending on your physical state you can pick a walker, jogger or runner. Runner earns the most but if you can't run everyday than definitely consider the other 2. If you want to de-risk yourself go with the lvl to lvl 9 strat and you should get your initial investment back in around 40 days. Then you can slowly lvl up to lvl 28. You'll be netting est around 8 gst at lvl 9 which translates to around $24~26
@@the_Lostkey I would recommend just buying a lvl 5 mint 2 shoe since its the cheapest. I don't think there's a lot of lvl 9 shoe on the market. When picking sneakers look for base stats total >20 and efficiency + resilience > 10.

Correct. However, the more realistic scenario is to get a level 5 mint 2 sneaker and level to level 9. There's not a lot of lvl 9 sneakers on the market.

if you're constantly leveling up then always repair before level up. The actual threshold is 51. For GMT keep an eye out for my next video~

@@KIDDSMASH5 That aligns with the model. You sneaker base stats are different from what I used to calculate. But in my case, my sneaker had 30 eff and 6 res at lvl 6 and it produced the same amount of net gst per run as you. So it's just the difference in efficiency points.

So the original liquidity was provided from the funding they received and they anticipate the future cash flow to be supported by taxing in game transactions. However, like all gamefi projects, you have to look at multiple aspects like team, community, roadmap etc to determine if it’s sustainable. I personally think that it’ll live at least an year but with more features rolling out and the right marketing, the sky is the limit. In terms of gst price it’s really supply and demand. I would suggest you research some token economics videos on that part!

@@learnthecode8175 The dual token system should be here for good. So, no GMT will not substitute GST. Instead it will have different values and utilities. The GST will continue to be the main currency for in game activities while the GMT will be geared more towards governance and other utilities.

Tbh I think staying at lvl 9 and 19 would prolly be really close in terms of days you need to recover initial investment. However, I think in the long run the higher lvl you have the better. So by all means go for lvl 19!

@@nickfury7700 Unfortunately I'm not a hardware guy my previous education was in comp sci haha. But to my knowledge it should be because of either bad connection (of course assuming you're not connected to wifi) or just bad hardware. If it the first situation then try running somewhere else. If it's the latter, then switching a device would prolly be the only solution.

So I’m your case, I think you’re missing repair costs. Also in my model I added two 0.9 factors to buffer and account for suboptimal circumstances. If you don’t repair at day 7 you’ll be earning less gst and at day 17 you’ll be barely earning.
So, 10-2 = 8 Gst right??...then 8 Gst = 25$ ,..900/25= it's 36-38 days required to meet ROI... right ser?

what is the use of Stepn GMT?
At the moment it’s to be used to level up to 29 and 30 and said to be used to reset stat attributes so you can rebuild your shoe with different stats, the full list of uses will be revealed when there twitter hits 200k
In the white paper it also mentioned that it will be used to present governance right and divide the rights in the future

Depending on your physical state you can pick a walker, jogger or runner. Runner earns the most but if you can't run everyday than definitely consider the other 2. If you want to de-risk yourself go with the lvl to lvl 9 strat and you should get your initial investment back in around 40 days. Then you can slowly lvl up to lvl 28. You'll be netting est around 8 gst at lvl 9 which translates to around $24~26

Correct. However, the more realistic scenario is to get a level 5 mint 2 sneaker and level to level 9. There's not a lot of lvl 9 sneakers on the market.
