- Last time I melted these spray cans was about 3 years ago and as I have a heap building up I thought why not clear some space and make an awesome bar. I also melted last weeks Nordic Gold offcuts and made an awesome golden flat skull. So sit back relax and checkout todays video and have a happy safe weekend😁👍

HOW I MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it.

That was such a beautiful Nordic Gold pour. Didn't even have to do anything to it.
Awesome video! From the small Nordic Gold cutoff melt to the trippy trip down the dust collection tube. I was a bit surprised by how big the aluminum bar was considering how thin the aluminum cans were. Your clown called in back-up I see! The melting shack is starting to look like one of my favorite movies - Killer Klowns from Outer Space!

Great video! Project idea: cast a full skeleton. I imagine it would be a huge project and don't know if anyone has ever suggested it but I think it would be cool.
Idk why but the Nordic gold meltdown was the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while 😂😂 it reminded me of those trendy little mini kitchen cooking videos that people do to make tiny food 😂😂 all the tools including the grab tools were so small 🤣
