why cant i use rush sugo special in the final stage ? and i dont have support for tndm orb. how can i get it ?

1. Maybe your HP isn't enough for Rush Sugo to activate. Without context, it's a bit hard for me to determine why.
2. Bepo is a summonable unit. If you don't have him, you could rely on Ace's Barrier Penetration ability.
Attack with the other 5 units first to build up the chain multiplier than attack with Ace last.

How did your specials recharge with zoro and Nami?

The new Rare Recruits, Zoro, Sanji and Nami when you use their Level 2 Special refunds 7 Special Charge.
If you fully limit break them and they're at max special level, their Level 1 Special will only cost 7 Special Charge.
So basically the Level 2 Special let's you use their Level 1 Special straight away.
