How to keep the new instance restored from snapshots and the old source instance in sync after migrating?
Thank you. Your explanation is very clear. Do you have another video on performing these task via aws cli command?
is it a must to select the same availability zone option in the target account we want to migrate to
after copying snapshot, you can copy it to another region and restore it if you need it on a different region.
You are the best!
Can we follow the same procedure for Amazon RDS(PostgreSQL) too?? or anyother modifications needed in the workflow. Thanks in advance
Hi, thanks for this. Can we do this using script?
if i transfer my database into new account does it run into old account as well i want run it in old account as well...
We are copying the database to the new account, so the source database continues to work unless you stopped/removed it.
@@ServerOKin thanks Saved my Day actually we need to run both EC2 and RDS in different Region
Works same for EC2 instance to new to be migrated to new AWS account ?
For migrating ec2 instance see ruclips.net/video/VxWb_f-ccdo/видео.html
