I feel a little bad for the Netherlands. They have played an amazing tournament, but unfortunately their only defeat against Norway was decisive. I think thye were unlucky to meet Norway AWAY in the quarter finals. With a better draw, the Netherlands could have reached the last 4. But still they did a very good tournament. Germany also did pretty well. I think that a 6th place for them is what their actual level is at this moment, while the Dutchs could have hoped for a little more, maybe...however the Germans will be a bit disappointed about that they lost with so big numbers in the game against Sweden. In that game they underperformed...
Yes Netherlands played well. Deserved a 4th or 3th place They just don't perform as well under pressure as Noway yet.
