Thank you so much, I learned a great deal about two point perspective today. I will practice a few more times on paper before I start the painting, which by the way is beautiful. You are a great teacher and artist.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. I really needed your lesson on the two-point perspective. I learned so much from that tutorial. I put my on spin on the painting but am very pleased with the results. I have only been painting about a year.

Thank you for this Chris, I have had real issues with perspective drawing & painting! I only started painting in January and have not done any classes yet so what I've learned is from RUclips 🤗 I learnt a lot from this video 😁 Thanks again

Glad you found the perspective lesson helpful. So many people don't teach it as part of painting tutorials, so figured it would be good to show. :)

Late to the game. I appreciate the effort on perspective. My thought is the roof looks off. You said the peak or gable would not be in the center but off a bit and eye ball it. The peak should be halfway between else the roof would look out of whack. No matter how you rotate the barn that vertical like to the peak would always be halfway between the two sides if that makes sense. Maybe my logic is flawed. If so then you "eye balled" it wrong. Perspective doesn't eye ball. I digress.
