Amazing, in this short video sequence you explain so much, thanks! As I understand what you explained, in the moment one would meet the incoming force i.e bracing before yielding, one can be very easily uprooted (in whatever way, getting punshed, getting pulled,…). So best to stay neutral. So I am doing Qigong now 😊
