I'm astonished by the complexity of the structure, and even more so by Professor Webster's amazing memory and ability to explain it clearly. Bravo, Sam!
Thanks alot for such nice and well explained lectures that help us alot ....... your method of describing topics is so appreciable you made easy the difficult things for us ...
Hydrocele most definitely IS painful as it builds up pressure. I had one as big as a grapefruit before I could get it repaired. Thank you for describing more fully what was going on down there. I appreciate your channel.
I too appreciate the explanation of the layers of skin in this region. I had a hydrocele at 18 it was surgically fixed. Now at 73 I'm experiencing the same situation. My urologist was suggesting perhaps in 1968 the first hydrocele should not have been treated that way. Now I'm told to wear a jock strap and use pain killers. Luckily that advice has been working. The downside is when the pain returns there is very little warning as to why it has returned. So far compared to some of the other experiences people have had I'm pretty lucky.
Hi, I am so glad I found you on youtube.. your sense of style and explanation are great. Hope you get this... do you have a video on range of motion and what are typical degrees of motion for each part of body?? curious

My dog was neutered yesterday and so I wanted to understand it better. Poor Pooh, he’s a bit uncomfortable and I see why now. Thank you
Excellent. You handled the cling film well this week.
