When I saw the translation of their song lyrics, it brought tears to my eyes considering their fearful situation. It's so comforting to know that although we're fearful, afraid of failing Christ, even if we do fail Him He will never let go of us, He will ALWAYS keep hold of us, just as He did with Peter who denied Him three times, Jesus never let go of Peter and will NEVER let go if us nor the Ukrainian believers! Thank you for this, rather thanks to whoever wrote the translation of their lyrics! Even if those precious Ukrainian believers lose their grip on Jesus, Jesus will never loosen His grip on any of them! He is steadfast!

Faith is obviously essential in such trying circumstances. Yes, there are problems in the United States, but I realize people in many other countries around the world are facing really overwhelming conditions. Scripture warns us that troubles will arise as the last days approach, but there's always hope for believers.
Our consolation is in Christ.
My devotion this morning is this:
Sealed and Secure
He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true. John 3:33
Awhile back, our church was experiencing some electrical trouble-so my handyman friend and I went out to the meter to gauge the situation. As soon as we were close, we realized it was sealed by the electrical company. Almost ready to attempt a DIY anyway, we noticed the verbiage that accompanied the seal. “If you break this seal, you will be electrocuted, fined, and then arrested.”
Although that is a slight exaggeration, what was written there was enough to detour me from proceeding and experiencing a potentially charged situation. So, I called the only one licensed to break that seal-the electrician!
Throughout the course of history, seals have been used to secure and protect things of importance. In ancient times, letters were sealed with stamped wax from the king’s personal seal to detour tampering. For centuries, shepherds left a mark on each member of their flock to ensure everyone knew to whom they belonged. Goldsmiths marked their work with their own unique stamp to let others know who created the coin or jewelry and that it was genuine. To this day, all forms of true gold are stamped to prove their worth.
In John 3:33, John the Baptist reminds us that when we “set to his seal that God is true,” no one can tamper with our eternity. The Spirit of God is keeping us and forms a seal that no man can ever break. We have the Shepherd’s mark of ownership, the goldsmith’s stamp of approval, and the seal of the Almighty King on us. We are His alone.
In this very uncertain world, remember the certain truth that you are sealed until the day of redemption. No matter what is going on around you or how hard Satan comes after you, once you have placed your faith in Christ, your worth is in Him, and your future is secure. You can have genuine peace knowing you are His forever.

They are singing in Ukrainian, these languages, including Polish, are quite similar to each other, just like other European families of languages- Germanic, Romance, and others.
