My guess is this was a good long time ago. I was trying to guess from the New York scenes (though obviously pre-2001 since the towers are still standing) and couldn't but the long-time band members look very young here compared to their recent videos. Has the feel maybe of a post-Velvet Revolution celebration song with the religious theme one that might not have flown in pre-'89 Czechoslovakia. So sometime in the '90s probably.
Well, I think there is a mixture of accents in there. My mom's Irish, and someone is singing with an Irish accent. At least ONE of those girls is. I recognize the Czech accent (probably Věra Martinová), and also from the blonde with the hat! But there is no way they're all Czech.
