the guy is an incompetent he could fit 2 bucket length in the truck but make a pile in the middle instead, then spill in the middle trying to fill the corners ...i wouldn't cal myself a professional! my words might seems harsh but a 10 yo would figure out by the second truck of that sise he filled in his life!
Random thought: those vibrating bottles they use in concrete would probably shake the material into the corners, it's very fluid. Dumpers sometimes have bed shakers to shake off sticky soil. They work with electric motors spinning unbalanced weights. Also, I was wondering why you didn't fill the first one from the ends. YOU would think they just build a giant hopper that the trucks pull under and the operator just keep it filled load trucks way faster
