- While we've been without our Kioti tractor for the past week, we've not been without help from the Kioti K9 UTV. This is our first time trying out a machine like this and we see if we can get our chores done without the tractor. Testing out the Kioti K9, we give our opinion and review about operating this UTV on our Colorado homestead.

UTVs are really useful. The load carrying capacity and pulling ability is surprising.
We are definitely in the market for one! A bit more fun than the tractor.
That is what I call good weather
We had a great fall.
Merry Christmas to you and family
Same to you!
Get the mirrors for the tractor. I thought they were not needed but the model I got had mirrors. I planned to take them when I get it home. After using it with mirrors I will keep them.
Great video have a merry Christmas and happy new year 🎉
Thank you! You too!
Merry Christmas to you guys.
Beautiful weather and glad the tractor is back home.
Thanks, you too!
Glad you got the tractor back and wasn't no serious issues with it and thanks for the review on the K9 would be a very handy machine to have around the homestead . take care have a very Merry Christmas
Thanks 👍 Same to you!
We have had a K9 2400 for 2 years and love it.
There may be some options you would find useful.
Love that!
Your dakota would be great for that stuff except for wood trails also get a plow for your truck you can enjoy comfort while plowing.
Cool idea, just wouldn't want to drive to work daily with a plow on it.
Brian and Amy hope you had a great holidays. Today a plow that is removable with 2 pins for about 4 thousand dollars, a lot cheaper then a UTV. Dont get me wrong a UTV is handy but for the money is it?@@ColoradoMountainLiving
A small trailer would be handy to move more per trip, or just tow your utility trailer to the debris.
Good idea!
Maybe it's just the video camera, but is the K9 as squeaky as it sounds? That might drive me crazy.
It is! LOL. maybe just this model, but we definitely noticed it.
If she needed LowRange to get up that driveway then it’s under geared I’m wonder what top speed is govern at. 😊
about 25-30 mph in high range and foot to the floor
We never got a chance to open it up all the way.
I am not thrilled about it needing software updates. How much would a regular dealer charge you for that update? Plus you have to pay to get it hauled there and back. Depending on how far the hauling is that could turn into a $1000 software update! And for what? Seems like if you buy a tractor like that new and it has been running fine then how come it suddenly needs a software update? Sounds fishy to me!
Exactly. That's why we were thrilled when the dealer offered transport for free.
@@ColoradoMountainLiving That's the problem though with all the modern computerized equipment. It is often touchy and fragile and repairs are expensive!
you need it invest in a grapple for your tractor
That sounds cool.
