Step 1: Materials

• Embroidery or appliqué designs for decoration
• Matching thread
• Scissors, measuring tape, and fabric chalk
• Elastic for the waist

• Basic sewing tools or machine.”
Step 2: Cutting the Fabric
“Using a romper pattern or measurements:
