Why we need fire escape ladder ?
A fire escape ladder is needed for several reasons:
Emergency Evacuation: In the event of a fire or other emergency situation, a fire escape ladder provides a safe and quick means of evacuation. It allows occupants to escape from higher floors of a building when stairwells or other exits may be blocked or inaccessible due to smoke, fire, or structural damage.
Alternative Exit Route: Fire escape ladders serve as an alternative exit route when traditional escape routes, such as staircases or elevators, are compromised. They provide a direct path to safety from windows or balconies, especially in multi-story buildings where descending from higher levels without assistance would be challenging or dangerous.
Rescue Assistance: Fire escape ladders also aid in rescue operations. They provide firefighters or other emergency responders with a means to access and rescue individuals who may be trapped or unable to evacuate on their own from upper levels of a building.
Peace of Mind: Having a fire escape ladder in place can provide peace of mind to occupants of a building. It offers an additional layer of safety and preparedness, giving people confidence that they have a reliable means of escape in case of an emergency.
It's important to note that fire escape ladders should be properly maintained, regularly inspected, and easily accessible. Additionally, occupants should be familiar with their location and know how to use them effectively. Fire safety and evacuation plans, including the use of fire escape ladders, should be established and communicated to all building occupants to ensure a swift and orderly evacuation in case of an emergency.

A fire escape ladder is an important safety device for homes, especially for houses with multiple stories or those lacking easy access to the ground floor. It provides a means of escape in case of a fire or other emergency that makes the regular exits inaccessible.

What to do in case of fire and how to prevent fire in the house.
In case of a fire, it's crucial to take immediate action to protect yourself and others. Follow these steps:
Alert Others: Immediately notify anyone in the vicinity of the fire. Shout "Fire!" to alert people in the building or area. Activate fire alarms or pull fire alarm switches if available.
Evacuate Safely: If you are in a building, follow your predetermined emergency evacuation plan, if available. Proceed calmly and quickly to the nearest exit, avoiding elevators. If there is smoke, stay low to the ground where the air is clearer.
Use fire escape ladder to escape fire from balcony or window.
Call Emergency Services: Once you are safely outside, call the emergency services (e.g., 911) to report the fire. Provide them with the necessary information, such as the address of the building and details about the fire's location and severity.
Do Not Re-enter: Under no circumstances should you re-enter the building until authorities have declared it safe to do so. Fire conditions can rapidly escalate, making it dangerous to return.
Follow Designated Meeting Point: If you are evacuating with others, gather at a designated meeting point outside the building. This helps ensure that everyone is accounted for and allows emergency responders to easily identify individuals who may still be inside.
Stay Clear of the Fire: Keep a safe distance from the fire and avoid obstructing emergency personnel. Allow firefighters and other first responders to do their work unimpeded.
Provide Information: If you have any information that could be helpful to firefighters, such as the location of trapped individuals or the presence of hazardous materials, relay that information to emergency responders.
Follow Instructions: Follow any instructions given by emergency personnel on the scene. They will guide you on what to do and where to go to ensure your safety.
Remember, personal safety is the top priority during a fire. Act quickly, stay calm, and assist others as much as possible without putting yourself in harm's way.
    1. Have working smoke detectors installed in every room of your house, including the basement and attic.
    2. Keep fire extinguishers in your home, and make sure that everyone knows how to use them.
    3. Have a fire escape plan that is practiced regularly with your family.
    4. Keep all flammable materials away from heat sources, such as stovetops and heaters.
    5. Make sure that all electrical wiring in your home is up to code and properly installed.
    6. Have fire escape ladder in every room
    7. Keep a fire-resistant safe in your home to protect important documents and valuables.
    8. Install sprinkler systems in your home to help extinguish fires and prevent their spread.

as an adult, I love rope ladders. I worked with them for years. They're definitely durable but not children friendly, especially in high stress situation.
They're too heavy. They tangle up often, and carabiners are too complicated for children. What if an adult isn't around l. Just my Perspective. Awesome product, though.

Hope you put more money into the ladders then this commercial. Does not explain what makes your ladders better. It's only the patented reflective strip? Seriously? Patented? That's why patents need to go.

If you watch until end you can see the key differences between our ladders and competitors. Not only reflective strip but plastic rung cups, great design box, waterproof bag, threads density and more. Also we are first who sell this ladders in US and EU markets, all others just copied us😉
