The vegetables is bitter melon We cook it whith meat and eggs.Please ask what meat they put because usually we used pork on it or sometimes we just cook with egg only.
The green one vegetables is actually bitter bro hehe maybe they soak it in water with salt that's why its not bitter but its very healthy bro we called that "Ampalaya"
