What is STABILITY DATA?
We need to keep our product in a machine called stability chamber at elevated temperature and humidity for a definite period like 6 months . The results we get are Eq to 2 year or 3 years depending upon formulation and other factors. It’s called accelerated stability data.

First of all apply for EC i.e. Environment Clearance. Once you get EC then you can start constructing the building & install machines etc. You need to have technology or such staff who can make products you want to make. Rest of license procedure is same as per the video I shared.

Yes you will sure get a license. First, find a market to sell your product. When you are confident that your product can be sold easily, only go for it.

You will need to obtain a wholesale drugs license on forms 20B & 21 B. 2 You can not pack yourself not allowed legally. You can ask the manufacturer to write your brand name and market by your company. 3 Yes he can bypass you therefore you shall ask the manufacturer to make it under Neutral code in which his name and address will not be written. Only your name and address will be written.

You can register yourself as Pharmacist. If you open Chemist shop you will get Retail Sale Drugs License on Form 20 and 21. If you open wholesale shop then you get license on form 20B and 21B

इIt’s Change of land use. In revenue record of govt some land are agriculture land. You need to get it changed to Industrial land by meeting TCP officials

You need to register yourself as pharmacist then you can get both but you need to take licenses in the same premises. You cannot have these two licenses at different locations

Manufacturing depends upon what you want to make Tablet Injection etc. Cost starts 2.5 cr for Syrup and goes to 10 cr for injection. Marketing expense is very less. With 10 lac you can start if you have a shop.

It starts from 5 cr. It depends which product you want to make. Will it be glass reactor or SS reactor. You will make very costly product which have small batch sizes or big batches which have low price. Cost can go upto 100 or crores.
