Loved the vlog. My grandparents lived in Seaton and I spent my childhood holidays there. Know Beer and Branscombe so well. Have stayed in the Dolphin Hotel and a fisherman's cottage up the hill to Beer Head. Have a lovely plant container from Branscombe forge. Sill visit the West Country as my family are there and went to Trago Mills, home of amazing bargains. Love your charity shop hauls too!

Branscombe is probably why we moved to Devon - my Godmother had a place there that’d we’d stayed in on holiday a couple of times!

I wish that my “problems” involved dusty renovations of my home & a short getaway to escape from the builders. 😂 Today, I’m between apartments, on the road, without transportation, in the process of taking a new job far from where I’m currently residing. ☹️ As always, enjoyed the vlog. Such a picturesque area. Would love to visit your country one day!😊🙏🇨🇦

I recently spent a week driving all around East and South Devon, looking for where we might relocate to. I confess the narrow roads and high hedges freaked me out. I found myself going down one road (lane) near Sidmouth which was so narrow and the hedges so high that I eventually lost my nerve and had to ask some random ramblers to drive me the rest of the way. So embarrassing 😂
I'm sure you weren't the first, Karen. I completely understand - we used to live in a village which involved a long drive through very narrow lanes four times a day and by the time we left after 9 years, I absolutely hated driving in the lanes. Seven years later, I still find it stressful and very unenjoyable.

Nooooo, the builder isn't a cat fan!! One of the girls from Ashley's office very kindly pops in and feeds them on her way to and from work. :)
