Finally, a Pantry I would not change about the shelving. So many add a window to them, and I do not understand that, Wasted storage. I would add a secret pocket door to the end of it for us preppers. Maybe a room of about four feet. Unseen but stocked for emergencies or protection

Wow. This is a mini resort! Imagine how a friend or cousin who is traveling through on a vacation can stop by and not feel at all like they are imposing. Such a great place.

That's a huge Hangar with drywall and fancy home interior design. That any hurricane or strong tornado can take down. So basically they turned and Garage for planes into a home. Beautiful home tho. 👍
Owned a similar house m the country in GA. Was not a problem during hurricane/tornado season as we took precautions in order to have maximum protection. Any established professional builder can simply add sufficient protection against mother nature if you simply request it, it's relatively inexpensive to have it done. We hunkered down during some extreme & severe weather a couple of times, had no issues other than having to clean the yard when the storm(s) had passed.
That pantry is everything, definitely my favorite part of the Barndominium !

A million dollar build I’m sure very nice you guys ruined me with the Sadler build master closet connected to the laundry that should be mandatory every build I do love the coffee bar pot filler another great idea !

@@kathrynquinn3606 From what I understand, TBC has standard products that you can choose from that are part of the contract cost. If you want something that is different than or outside what they offer, i.e., better grade of window or specialty tile,then you pay more for those items, over and above the contract price. I assume the owners picked this color, as I’ve never seen it before on any TBC build. No idea what brand cabinets or what brand paint.

This is the most beautiful design you have did. The clients had amazing deco choices for the exterior is beautiful to the inside. Light airy modern design. This is the prettiest interior I have seen from a client. This is a home you should show in pictures to further clients. Sorry your build is great but most interior is so dark and design choices are terrible. But this one is exactly a wow factor! Reminds myself of my home in decor choices.

Love this barndo! This might have become my favorite of your builds. Although, the Sadler still remains #1 to me on the Master suite! I like it when you include the blueprint layout at the beginning so those of use who are planning our own can have an idea where to begin. What are the dimensions of this main house build?

The main room could definitely benefit from having a loft put in. The floor there could also use some lock in plank flooring. Maybe a stone hearth on the floor surrounding the fireplace... ah hell, maybe I should just go build my own house 🤔
Yeaaaa… I love the concept.. have been saying this for 30 years.. just build a huge Barn/garage and a house inside!!! I was in commercial Realestate.. office wear houses were the rage.. and most we’re finished in office space because of the cheap wear house rent instead of premium office space.. I’d build much more rustic.. “old west” style, the huge great room with a huge stone hearth cooking fireplace ..balcony on the second level, and finished 3 rd floor ballroom-theater, and a roof top deck!! For the pool/guest house, id use a round 30’, 40’ tall Silo.😂😂😂

This is niceee
About $160-$180 per square foot on the finished portions and about $60 per square foot for the shop area, plus appliances, irrigation and landscaping. About $35K for the pool plus whatever the land cost. I'd venture to guess this one is about 600K without land tho. (This is from exhaustive research and prior pricing videos from this channel in the past. There is a good one from from a couple years ago about about costs, but add on about 25% for current pricing costs. )

How to these structures hold heat and cool. Metal walls... do they radiate the heat in the summer? Cold in the winter? Insulation?
I’m assuming spray foam at 2”. Pretty much all you need. Although I would do 4” in roof considering the sun in Tx.
