I have to say, last year Assen race was filmed awfully. It doesnt feel like those races before last year. Different camera shots. And even grass isnt there anymore or is but its yellow or something. Hope they make some changes
June was a very dry month. That's why the grass was yellow. 😉
On top of that all those awful advertising boards and paints all over the track. Even the weather felt too sunny. 2022 was perfect

So sad they destroyed the REAL Assen track, the Real motorcycling University. And… Salute The Master, Salute The King, Salute The Doctor, always at his best here.
So happy i was able to witness 2013,15,17 and 18 there. Literally watched every stunner in the past 10 years there

Great history at Assen over the years. A lot of riders don't like it. It is very flat. Always draws huge crowds. Thanks to Aleix Espargaro for all the action and helping to develop Aprilia's bike. Come on Aprilia, it's gonna happen, maybe next year with Martin and Bezzecchi!
