I keep mine at 2 personally and do super clone on last stock for crazy mix up - it's working for me but I'm in silver so take what I say with a grain of salt.
Sometimes I'll wait until people are comfortable taking hits then empower f smash spam 🤣

I think the problem with super clone is that you lose the ability to have smoke which is essential to fors recovery
