So as a Black Belt in my style of karate i would say amazing technique, try on work on slowing the pace down i mean your probably a lot older now considering it was 4 years ago, but yeah good technique and slow it down and you should be well on your way to a Black belt, i' would think you would also have one by now considering this was 4 years ago. Good Job.

@@uv6er yes true but i found hoops easier because there is no trash/waist when we clean the tatami after a day of teaching :-)
we did this earlier while some of us cant do it, now this is a good way to help my friend good thing i found one

Shouldn't use hoops because it's makes you lift your foot and stomp down, try tape lines. This is an opinion on training not the student.
