Thanks for using heavy tones. Most of the demos for this default to ambient stuff beginning with clean tones. Also I enjoy the look of glee on your face when you discover something new. I’ve just ordered the LightBright colorway of MoodMK2 my first Chase Bliss Creation.
Sean Pierce Johnston, from the Coombs line up of friends, TY for a good experience with the Mood mk2, used lots of ways and Love these pedal and the grnhbcf
I have played with a few Chase Bliss Pedals :) including the reverse Mode C. The Mood mk2 is my favourite! it’s the pedal that takes you into musical realms and inspiration!! extremely fun and definitely for the creative mind! AND a decent delay pedal! It does ping pong delay if anyone wonders :)
It's a lot smaller than my Nightsky pedal. It's the only pedal that I could think of that does this kind wild ambient reverb. Cool sounds for sure! great demo- very informative.
I really only like your reviews of Chase Bliss stuff. Everyone else's sounds like blip bloop bleep snorf. That's nice and all but I need to know how it applies to guitar. Thank you SPJ.
Man! That’s so nice of you. I think there are others who do well with them. I suppose, for me, the best showcase is music for these things. Lots of folks see the abundance of knobs and switches and just don’t think it’s usable. Everything is usable!
Great demo. I love the dreamy sounds. I can't for mine to arrive this week. I hesitated to get a mood because of the purple color as well. When the light bright edition came out, I jumped on it immediately. 😆
I saw that light bright version and was tempted, but I kinda like the bright purply-pink. Probably easier to spot to stomp on live! One day a Mood shall be mine, but I feel I should really work some of my other cool stuff harder before I can justify adding it. Still haven't made the most of a number of my cool things yet before adding more cool ambient things.
@Piplodocus The Lossy color is even worse, and it looks like straight-up bubble gum. I definitely want a Lossy, too, but I'll wait for a different color on that. The light bright edition is awesome artwork and reminds me of like a color spectrum or some color scheme out of the dark side of the moon Pink Floyd album color.
@@stevenpagano you're right, it doesn't...because that's not the intent of this pedal. If you're looking for a Lexicon style Chase Bliss pedal, look to the CXM 1978. but my point stands: a vintage Lexicon is unattainable to many and impractical as well unless you have the space and know-how. sound great? sure. but not something to take with you.

Chase Bliss is putting out some amazing, unique gear. Exciting stuff!
absolutely! can't wait for what comes next.
This is a great demo! It's nice to see the perspective and uses for sounds that would be more useful in a live setting for a typical band.

Great demos as always!
Brother SPJ, watching the video again, but wanted to thank you for being on Ben’s show and answering my questions.
Happy to do it! Always a good time.

Thanks man. Glad your got something out of it! That’s all I aim for with these demos: to help you all KNOW before you risk your money

Excellent demo, thanks a lot
This one sounds fantastic
Truly truly does! Thanks for checking out my video
I loved the first MOOD. Very excited to check this one out.
if you loved the first MOOD you'll...uh...REALLY LOVE mkII!
@@SeanPierceJohnson word. Can’t wait. I always wanted to be a beta tester for chase bliss but to no avail.

Dude! I want that version SO MUCH. Love that artwork

Quality in depth demo as always my friend.
Thanks buddy! Looking forward to our hang tomorrow night.
SPJ is having a break from reality. I sort of like it. Thanks for the demo Sean.
You have no idea man...a MUCH NEEDED break from reality!
Lisening to this now ... 31 minutes in .... almost sounds like you could get alot of soundgarden sounds out of this.
"ultimate ambient pedal" thats just delay and reverb
Shame that mk2 doesn't look even half as good as mk1 :(
If cosmetics are the only issue…🤷♂️
@@SeanPierceJohnson they aren't. It's also a far bit larger.
It’s the same size as the mk1
Thank goodness vintage Lexicons make pedal like this unnecessary
Thank goodness pedals like this exist so people can approximate hard to attain vintage Lexicons
@@SeanPierceJohnson it doesn't though. IYKYK
