PLEASE READ! This video will NOT solve your problem. The issue is with Citrix. I was having the same issue. I uninstalled Citrix (which I use for work) and League, then just reinstalling League. Then reinstalled Citrix It worked. Edit: Reinstalling League is optional.

Hello, I have tried all the solutions from every tutorial on youtube and the problem still occurs, I have formatted my computer to an initial state, updated the system and graphics card drivers and nothing has helped. The problem has been occurring since the removal of dx9 support (previously the solution to the problem was to check the option in the game settings “Prefer dx9 legacy mode”). I am currently fighting the problem for a long time as it has become annoying, I have written with Riot support for 2 months and nothing helps. Citrix is not installed on my computer. The computer is not physically damaged because other games are running smoothly. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?
After an extended period of troubleshooting, I was finally able to resolve the issue. Initially, I read that in 90% of cases, the problem might be related to the power supply. To verify this, I used the OCCT program to test the power supply's performance while playing a game. The tests showed no issues, which was a relief. The ultimate solution was to update the BIOS, which I hadn't done since 2020, and it requires a manual update. There is a lot of tutorials available on RUclips that guide you through the process, so if you're experiencing a similar problem, I recommend trying this step first. Additionally, I underclocked the core and memory clocks by 30 MHz using MSI Afterburner, based on information I found about NVIDIA graphics cards often being overclocked. I hope this helps others who might be facing the same issue.

Exactly at the time when i start fighting the game disconnects.. I installed the windows and reinstalled the game and made new account but still same issue.. Have you find any solution??
Omg @XxRoccat had a solution and it worked for me. For me, the issues was Citrix. Solution: 1. Press Windows R 2. Type in "msconfig" 3. Go to "services" 4. Click on the top, next to "services" the tab "producer" and search for "Citrix Systems Inc." 5. Disable all off the "Citrix" Serives my removing the arrow 6. Restart PC, League and citrix should work

For those trying this... DirectX 9 is not supported anymore on LOL, Riot clearly stated that on the May update... You need DirectX 10 or higher (and they are thinking on removing support for Direct10 as well), that part makes sense since most graphic cards from 10 years ago had support for DirectX10 or up. Some can just update it software wise and the issue should be solved. Now I don't know why it isn't working with my DirectX12 Asus GTX960... Security processor or idk... they gotta fix it soon or they will lose a lot of players (except the PRO's cause those have the most recent stuff for sure). Also I can play on my 3 year old laptop so it might be a missing new security chip or something...
