I don't know if someone else has all ready mentioned it but i believe that the funny plastic things are fuel vapor valves that release the fuel vapor to the active carbon canister. Also, after I saw the work that have been done to rustproof Super Seicento, it almost hurts me driving my untreated 21 year old Seicento on the salted streets of my region.

My mom has a Seicento and I've ended up basically doing a mini resto on it lol. About the fuel tank, I spayed it with hammerite stonechip and first time I filled it up it started leaking later that day. Turns out where the plastic filler meets the inlet on the tank the petrol had eaten the paint, had to clean it all off but was easy because the petrol had done most of the work for me.

The funny smelling plastic bits, are breathers for the tank, so fuel vapors are getting used too
OH, I see how it is! I replace MY fuel tank in February last year due to rust and you just have to do it to to be in the 'cool' crowd :P
I just hope you don't have all the EVAP/vent issues I only just got sorted a few weeks ago! :/
I found that my tank had rust on the inner rather than outer. I though about using that fuel tank sealer stuff that they use on the inside of motorbike tanks. Until I went with a completely different tank.

That car should last for ever!,i,m thinking of replacing the rad on my sciecento 1.1sporting ,i noticed some all alloy up grade rads do you think its worthy upgrade on a stock car ,are standard rads any good?.
Got a bog standard radiator from Poland and it's working fine for me, only 20 euro 🙂👍🇨🇮

PS Panda 169 rear shocks can be replaced without even removing the wheels. so theres some progress at least.
hi you mentioned taht well be puting turbo on it wood you have new turbo or welluse turbo from fiat uno turbo on it ?
It'll be a new turbo bud - the Uno one is shot 😬

The engine will get some love and a few improvements and the old turbo might be available 😉
