Sapphire fossicking at the QLD Gemfields

- We fossicked for these beautiful Gem Stones around Sapphire and Rubyvale in central QLD Gem Fields. We did lots and lots of digging hunting for these amazing gems. There is so much to see and do here. I will definitely have to come back again. We stayed at Sapphire Caravan & Cabin Park

No unfortunately, Mum wants to learn. Loved these camels 🐫 them cows and horses are aloud to roam free there, I thought that was pretty cool to see now I know why everyone had there gates closed at there house😁

Sapphires are on my list of things to hunt and it looked like you found a good mess of them as well as some other great looking gems. And those camels at the end how cool is that, they were just out there chillin and like "Hey are you gonna come give us pets or not"
Awesome video loved the gemstones and all the wildlife .... well maybe not the spider, dont dislike them but also not crazy about them.🤣
It definitely was a great experience!! We do have some really nice pieces that's for sure. The camels 🐫 were very cool indeed, it's a common ground out there so the camels 🐫, cows 🐄, and horses 🐎 are allowed to roam free there pretty cool, but definitely have to watch when your driving

Oh my gosh is right! The one at 7:40 was truly stunning! And then dad found that blue/green/yellow one!!! 🤯 You all did amazing! Looks like you all had a great time. Cool agates, too. Im very happy you all had a chance to go back later in life and make some more wonderful memories 😊 Thanks for sharing.

@pkgoldopalhunting no they only thing I cut is my agates, I reckon when I get enough nice pieces I probably will send them overseas to be cut

Nice! Glad to see you made it up there, Matey’s. 💎 I was in Inverell, (Sapphire City) NSW, once, long ago. It was quite fascinating. And Definitely found some nice Sapphires there. I apologize for forgetting the name of the little pay-to-dig place I went to. But I’m sure you could find it if you are out that way. They also have a Sapphire museum there in the town. Great video!💎

Inverell is an area we would love to go check out. That will be another big trip it's a fair way away, and maybe look for opals too 😃
