Awesome straight to the point video. I wish more vendors would offer quality videos like this.
My dad and I are working on a 1967 Ford Galaxie 500. This video is by far the best in showing how to install a brake kit. Thank you guys for showing every detail and every step. This is going to help us a lot.
Glad we could help!!
I am glad you posted this video.
I wish I’d had this video when I did my brake lines during 2020 and that booster setup for my dads ol’ 71 C10
We figured out someone at some point made a custom bracket for a Van style booster. So it’s been put back to original style it should have had.
Bought the that booster bracket, love how strong it is.
Wish I would’ve bought the whole booster and master cylinder combo you have in the video, looks much cleaner tick underneath like that.
I bought your line set as well in 2020, mine was rusted.
I might purchase that booster and valve set up for a cleaner look at some point.
Goes to show it’s not bad to go back and watch videos on what you’ve done or want to do with your classic. 👍🏻
Glad to hear that you have figured out what is needed. Also glad we could help you with the brake lines. Give us a call or check out the website if you decide to change out the parts!!
Thank you for the simple tutorial on the brake system setup. Well done mate.
You are welcome. Glad you enjoyed it!!
Thanks!!
Very good tutorial. 👍
Thank you!!
I have the same set up. I want to do a brake fluid flush. After I replace the old brake fluid do I need to place reservoir cap back on with holding clips before I hold brake pedal and flush brake lines? Or can reservoir cap be off so I can replace brake fluid as needed? Or does it matter? Great video. Just subscribed
Hola, mi bomba de freno igual a esa no distribuye el líquido a todo el sistema no se porque? También tengo válvula dosificadora disco a disco
At 4:10 was the master cylinder already pre-bled? I watched your bench bleed video and after the process was finished, the lines were removed and when I placed the plastic caps back in I couldn't get a leak proof seal. Will I have to get new plastic caps and re bleed the master cylinder?
In this video we were building it on a stand. There was no fluid in the master. However the first step in any brake system build is to Bench bleed the master Cylinder.
What size are the inverted flare plugs. My kit didnt come with them.
Thanks for the video.
The Plug is a 3/8-24 plug Our part # is IFP20
So it will not work on a 71 c10?
Buenas tardes tengo una c10 le quiero poner el bosster adaptarlo.me pueden informar en español el vídeo.traducirlo plixx
