Those are called pinched harmonics, you acheive them by strumming the string in a way where the skin of your thumb hits the string at the same time as your pick. I recommend looking up a tutorial since it's hard to explain over text haha

When it went from the slow part to the rock part, why did you turn that thing down at the guitar 1 sec before you picked up the pick, and what does that thing do? It’s like a buttom
That switches between pick ups. My stratocaster has 3 pickups and they each sound different. I used a different pick up for the clean parts and a different one for the heavy parts.

I’ve had an electric guitar since December but never played guitar in it, just played bass in it yk bass tabs and bass songs, I got and fender frontman 15g amplifier for like 3 weeks ago and I’ve just learned kinda how to play, the x I think is a only a sting yk. Ima try okay, I learned Coraline btw on electric guitar and kinda know how to play now, I could play tabs but rn learning what’s a G, C A chords yk❤️ Thanks🎸
@@celinebellaevelyn8394 alright, good luck with learning the songs! The x is a dead note, you just strum the string without pressing down on it, it makes a sort of noise. But if it's a part of a chord, it just tells you that that specific string isn't a part of the chord and should be muted.
