I think it's any one of them, depending on who is saying the title at a given time. In any case, I think it refers to the three brothers who make up the show.
Technically, it's Justin. Justin used to kind of be like the host of the show while Travis and Griffin were like the special guests, but it eventually evolved to be anybody at all. The brothers, the audience, guestperts, anybody.

@@blossom9510 Well, it's not really true though. Like, you can listen to all the episodes from ep 1 and onwards. The dynamic is pretty similar from ep 1 to now, though early episodes are a bit clunkier and some of the stuff is a bit... well let's say there were some growing pains.

They did, and wrongfully so. They are marsupials which are “pouched” mammals ie: kangaroos, but maybe you had already figured that out 8 months ago.
The idea that possums lay eggs that they keep in their pouch is a very funny idea though.
