No. it only communicates with the microinverters. And the refresh rate is like 5-15 minutes. So not sure why they say real time monitoring. For whole house monitoring you are much better off with something like the Emporia VUE 2 system. Much better resolution and per circuit monitoring.

Can use with 650 watts panel, cause solar panel here spec 650 watts..
Wouldn't recommend it. Spec sheet says commonly used module size 300W-505W
