Because monkeys are super greedy and even if they're not hungry they will scarf down any food they're offered. She's making sure he doesn't eat too fast because then he'll throw up or get a bellyache. She's not doing anything any different than its natural mother would do, lol -- oh wait-- with the exception of not bighting it or flinging it. Because I guarantee that's exactly what its natural mother would do to him if he kept trying to feed her off of her.

1. This lady needs to educate herself on the nature and behaviour of monkeys... it's NOT a human baby and needs to be constantly on it's mum and nursed multiple times a day. The little one is totally stressed out and looks for comfort.
