It won't grow back but hopefully with new technology like neuralink being worked in prosthetics can be made and be controlled by your mind making for a good replacement to lost limbs. I certainly hope this technology works out because there's many people who can benefit from this tech.

You should watch it it's a great example of how international arms dealing works, although much of it is just made up for the movie it's not far off from the reality of it. War is extremely profitable for big nations and selling weapons keeps that business going.
