Eh both teams kinda did that, no? TBH I think Rotternborn is really solid. He started the trial very well and based everything on legal grounds, but their team moved away from that as the trial progressed and the rest of his team isn't on par with him. I mean I don't like his style very much necessarily but I do believe he's a very solid lawyer.
Depp's entire team has great synergy though, they work well together, and you can tell that they believe (in) their client, which makes them more passionate and emotionally involved - it's so telling. Not sure you can say the same about Amber's side.

Perjury is a rare charge, especially in civil suits. Perjury happens occasionally in criminal trials, but not often.

As the case winds down, let's be intentional to model mutual respect and compassion, characteristics which they could have done with, in their marriage.

I didn’t believe her before this trial and I certainly don’t now .
This was a long trial that focuses on her “trauma” yet she didn’t even seem to have a single panic attack. Not even a small one.
I have trauma from more than 20 years ago and have started to talk about it many times with people I trusted in private settings but I would have so much anxiety that I would start to panic and would need to remove myself to calm down or panic in private. Even the few times I kept the talk to a minimum my face would be swollen and the tears uncontrollable until the subject was different.
I also have a hard time listening to other stories of similar trauma even if it is an actor or dramatized because I have PTSD. AH isn’t a good enough actor to trigger my PTSD from trauma.
The obvious lies that she told that she and others spread for attention and money are disgusting. Some just hid behind plausible deniability without doing any due diligence for attention and because it was profitable with no thought of who they harmed in the process. What disgusting people.

I don't think the recording of the trial is considered "evidence", they could only show what is submitted into evidence but transcripts of the trial are available to the jury.

They may have very little interest in culture, art or science, but money is God to these people. Their obscene ambitions for money and fame is noxious and pernicious in its pronounced construct. This noxious construct of conceit, hedonism, want for more and excess is at the forefront of gross capitalism of this disturbed society.
