He is carrying out an illegal parade of suspects despite being a qualified lawyer and you are commending him? For real? In what respectable nation do you see this practice of presenting suspects to the media for questioning before they even get the chance to defend themselves in court? This is wrong and immoral. Worse, these people most likely have been tortured or at least threatened in order to get them to confess (which makes these confessions inadmissible in court). Stop supporting illegal activities and archaic practices by a mediocre police outfit please, it victimises us all.
Actually this is done in many countries... Colombia for instance.... Talking abt herdsmen, too much crime is blamed on them when it's really done by the locals.

Nigerian police is actually violating the rights of those they parade on TV as criminals. You do not parade suspects on TV, you ony have to present them to the magistrate with evidence of their crimes.

Why are these officers requesting advice from their suspect? Some of them according to the officers has been involved in various crimes in the past, yet they are asking for their advice. Why can't these kind of criminals be sentence to death or life imprisonment. Don't be surprised if they are given 2 years jail term after which they come out and involve in more criminal activities. Life sentence will put a check to others that might be having or nursing the ambition of get money quick at the detriment of others.
