Dear Kotak, Pls update your MTF facility. If someone is taking MTF, you automatically convert to normal every friday given the access credit fund. And if you make yourself included in exception list so that auto conversion doesn't happen, in that case if user wishes to make his mtf position to normal, you again have to write to your support that takes 5 days to resolve. Common what is this. If you want to scale up things, make these things handy for user. Just add a facility, used add any margin and requet through a click "convert to delivery" and this should be done by eod settlement. Why you have made process so complex. Hope you understand the concern. You are taking such a huge fees in name of MTF but facility is 3rd class. Please get better.
