As a Samoan I've always supported Maoridum and what they stand for.... The pacific wouldn't be complete without Maori.

Being a NZ born Tongan, I’m more Māori than I am Tongan, I feel some of my people don’t acknowledge Tangata Whenua 💯.

Western concept of time teaches you that "time equals money" and religion teches you that " God is waiting for you to stuff up so he can punish you." These 2 concepts take advantage of Māori and Polynesian culture.
    Malo brothers, awesome podcast.

There is a connection to our cousons in Hawaii via Whiro who is the most widely known of all East Polynesian navigating figures, known as Hilo in Hawaii, Hiro in Tahiti and Tuamotu, and ‘Iro in Rarotonga. Whiro’s name appears in the genealogies of most tribes; however, only Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Kahungunu and other East Coast and some Bay of Plenty tribes retain traditional narratives about him.
