You have to understand that the normal sherp weighs only about 1300kg(a normal car weighs this much), this probably doesn't weigh much more without the trailer. And I would suspect that the trailer doesn't weigh nearly as much(1000kg max, if even that much, by just looking at how it balances on the second and third tires), so a combined weight of 2300kg(only a bit heavier than a dodge hellcat with the srt hellcat pack which weighs 2027kg)
Sure is, but I assumed they'd have to up the HP/Torque to move all 10 with ease, and up to 3+ tons weight on the back! Plus, all the sheet metal..neat vehicle though!
@@TRKISH324 Valid points.... personally I am saving up for a SHERP MAX at present, as the 10x10 is a bit too large for what I need here in Alaska. But it's still awesome to see the possibilities that the 10x10 can be used for.
You should put a metal top over the center to fill in the hole then make a set of ramps about the same length as the back half of the sherp so you would have like a trailer and make a way to mount a winch in it.
Install a 2 ton boom on it and a place to strap down jet-ski's or snow mobile's and other life saving tools would make it a great idea for a emergency response vehicle

If the 206 was that much better, don't you think people would be buying the better machine? Fucking moron.
@@brians48now Would love to take it down the P-trail - it'd be faster than the Sherp.
They'd buy the better machine if they knew about it !
@@millomweb It's been around for years and years yet nobody seems to want one. I wonder why that is.
@@brians48now They have their heads buried in the snow.
A local (to me) charity now has 4 of them and are raising money for a 5th.
On the web, I've found: "More than 10,000 of these vehicles are in military service in 16 countries."
Try taking your head out of the snow and opening your eyes.
How many Sherps are there in the world ? A fraction of the Hagglunds.
This looks like a illicit black market deal. "You bring the Sherp, Igor?" "Da, da, am having on trailer. You bringing ze vhiskey, comrade?" "It's in the back. Let's make the swap."
Suddenly P trail doesnt seem all that tough!!! That thing is an absolute beast. And with 6 more wheels you've got room for 6 more wheel fuel cans ... 150 gallons of reserve fuel plus the regular fuel tank .. thats the ultimate long range back country expedition machine.
The obvious option (to me) would be a gasoline engine in the back, then it would be the perfect apocalypse vehicle (I assume the main engine runs on diesel)
This would be good driving around the DC swamp.
The beast has Russian competition!
These coastal states in hurricane paths need these
100%
I never thought I would leave my wife for a machine. I guess I've been proven wrong lol
😂😂
Well the machine never gave you any alternatives so why should the old lady. Besides machines are always the best choice cause wife's will never run out of alternative's especially once they win one.
Hell you should be willing to leave her at anytime for no reason. They all are crazy as hell. If they aren’t yet they will be giving them time
She'd probably get the Sherp in the divorce settlement.
Then some stranger will be riding her, and your Sherp.
@@vincepurpura8905 your prolly right
Convergent evolution: Sherp is slowly evolving to become a Cat 770.
Growing up in Germany it’s hard to imagine some people get a whole swamp as a private playground. Very few places to legally drive out those countless 4x4 „off-roaders“ parking everywhere in the city.
They are marketed at companies to transport people and supplies into hard to reach areas
That's why we are highly likely to conquer western Europe very quickly due to a great amount of people who can drive such vehicles and large number of them))) joke. We never conquer first!
I was wondering why the tires look so warnout awesome video brother 🤟
Me too, like he read my mind!
10x10 is awesome. I can only dream of the ark with duallies and 160gallon tanks in each wheel. Make a minimal camper in the back and just find some snow
they need this in Louisiana today!!!
Nice seats. Reminds me my grandfather's Lada.
You can keep your 4x4 and jeeps indoors and get out about with sherp I'd love to go on an camping trip in one they totally rock man I dont have one but I'm watching this and getting totally excited for you guys your so lucky it's cool man ... I'd would to go on a camping trip and tour for 2weeks in the wild man if you guys start camping trips or tours please let me know I'd defo go I live in the city man so holiday in a sherp on driving camp trip I'm up for it big time anyway peace guys well done I used to watch your first videos quads and jeeps glad you found sherp! Have you thought of making those back three wheelers for camper trips i bet no one has yet so people can rent out the back for trips out in the wild and nature ... you guys are thinking small about what loads to carry now think outside the box guys turn the back into camping space for those who would want to get out of city life I'd have to be your first customer ... how much would you charge for 1 week or 2 week camping holiday? In nature ? Renting out the back to your clients? Hmm!
you know what i found more impressive?? that little van-truck pulling that thing!! that thing looks like a weak little thing but has some really good power! id hate to hit the brakes too hard with that load... really cool would love to see yall do a long haul to the artic!! SHERPS NORTH!
@@94e88 dang i didnt know they were that light! makes sense so they can float easier. thanks!
👍Чудо вездеход, Гарагашян талант.
Увы но этот в первые выехал из цеха Украины,

Cletus McFarland needs one of these
What a great opportunity to drive one of those! They are loud though... I wonder how many decibels were produced?
Sure is, but I assumed they'd have to up the HP/Torque to move all 10 with ease, and up to 3+ tons weight on the back! Plus, all the sheet metal..neat vehicle though!
@@TRKISH324 Valid points.... personally I am saving up for a SHERP MAX at present, as the 10x10 is a bit too large for what I need here in Alaska. But it's still awesome to see the possibilities that the 10x10 can be used for.
Also the noise the turbo makes is hillarious
Guys, do you really need those ramps to unload a SHERP ??? 😤 🤒
Good point..
i mean it is to prototype so...
No, I think the fat wheels can climb such a little height easily.
Wouldn't balance be an issue?
The trailer sure does. Without the ramp the trailer would just break trying to unload
It looks very sherp 👍
There should be some SHERPs on the first manned missions to the Moon and Mars. Never get stuck.
This would be great for fighting bush fires.. so many possibilities !
What's the purpose of the fancy trailer?
Now that's super Cool 😎😎😎👍👍💯💯💯 great video Osta
Thanks dude!!
Talk about a go where ever vehicle 👍
If the zombie apocalypse happens, I'm heading north and jumping in the sherp with Osta
The new steering makes it kind of like a Hägglunds on wheels.
I’d have to bet they took hagglunds design and ran with it.
100% agree!
Does this model have the same spare fuel carrier insertables into all 10 of the wheel hub centers like the standard Sherps?
Yes
@@ostacruiser
Thanks!
I'm just throwing the idea out there but you could make one hell of a mud nats party rig with that and if anyone could pull it off, it would be you osta! That thing is so freaking cool
Haha talk about a dance platform!!
@@ostacruiser that's what I'm saying you'd be the hit at mud nats and show all them guys at the bounty hole up while having a party on the back!! Like how they gonna compete with that.
Hydraulic winch on each end..👍👍
I like big Sherps and I cannot lie.. 😀
The Sherp would make an awesome off-road camper with only a few small additions.
Moses said build an Ark and Noah delivered. That thing is Camaro hair cool 😎
🤣🤣
@@@ostacruiser Had too watch again.... thing is a party waiting too happen!
so has the water speed been upped any or is it still only like 3 or 4 mph
Lol @ that lady singing Baby Got Back (Sir Mix -A- Lot) around 16:10
Much better version, even before the added 6 wheel addition.
That is Sherpin' awesome!
That thing is cool
That would make a nifty duck blind.
sherp needs to make a camper like this
