    SWATTING is considered assault, attempted murder or murder with a deadly weapon (the deadly weapon being The Police) and you can get sentenced as if you committed those crimes. A "prankster" got 20 years for SWATTING someone and they were killed by the police.

      She could have gotten her car back since, the normal way things work is

      2:You go before a judge to post bond
      3:Judge can grant you bond/deny you bond, if denyed proceed to 5
      4: While on bond, you get car back, get a lawyer and a wait trial date
      5: Go to trial and wait verdict, if found guilty/if found innocent or charges dropped proceed to 8

Here is the thing though, there was seldom a wait for smoking, and often 20-60min waits for nonsmoking, particularly in 90s before smoking was banned. So often nonsmokers would sit in smoking and loudly make comments, fake cough, wave hands dramatically etc. while i get it, i wouldnt have wanted to sit under a cloud of smoke either… they CHOSE that option. My mom gave 0 f*cks and went full on asshole. She would switch seats, blow smoke directly at diners, and give up on eating and just smoked like it was her job. I think it's story 1, the swatting thing. At no point what so ever should anyone ever get off easy for doing that to someone as a joke or to try and get someone in trouble. Abusing the police or fire department here it's 911. It deserves a harsh penalty so others with think about whether they want to do that or not. Doing stuff like that can be extremely dangerous to the victims and can end in the end of thier life., if it's goes badly. When doing stuff like that you are taking away from someone who might actually need the help. We had to go to court because a neighbor behind us kept yelling and being a bully to my teenager and telling her she should k**l herself and be done with it. Went to her work and harassing her thier. Nothing was working for this idiot so they Started calling 911 everytime she had friends over, every freaking time. The cops were nice because they were called for her and under age drinking. Her friends were of drinking age but not her. Never did she have a drink in front of her everytime they showed up. They had to come because they were called. They always apologized for being here again, this also went on for most of the nice weather. The cop got tired of this person abusing 911 for no reason other than to try and get my daughter in trouble or us. The cops had us take her to court for the abuse and this lady tried everything she could to paint my daughter as a bad person and nothing worked for her. She was told by the judge, you are 50 something and harassing a teenager, abusing 911. He told her to grow up and stop acting like a child and if she called 911 on us again she would be back in front of him and he won't be happy. Lucky for us they moved shortly after that court case. Bye bye karen

    It would seem that the op of the first story had the right to do whatever he wanted with the car Karen illegally parked on op's property. It's evident Karen only thought about the here and now, not the trouble she'd be in later.
    Gun totting Karen in the second story could have ended up dead had the store owner been someone else who knew how to take care of themselves. But like other Karens, the law gave her what she deserved.
    Question: At bookstores, aren't there usually several copies of the same book on the shelves? Unless it's a popular book of course. So why did the hippo take a copy of the book off the shelf, instead of attacking the brother? This is another case where the hippo was fortuniate that the brother wasn't a person who knew how to defend himself and would have knocked the hippo into next week.
    And why oh why do Karens never think about cameras catching their every action? They actually convict themselves on camera.

      Say that to those innocent kids just playing a game only to SWAT bust in and have on the floor with guns pointed at their heads. Or an innocent man who actually did get killed through SWATTING, all because some idiot thought it was funny. Minor inconvenience my foot, having to take a detour is a minor inconvenience, being SWATTED isn’t. Let’s see you call being SWATTED a minor inconvenience *should* someone does that to you.

    • @vernonharden
      @vernonharden 11 месяцев назад +2

      You only see it as a "mild inconvenience", when in reality the original poster's life was actually put in a position at a very real risk of being shot by the S.W.A.T. team.

      @JohnH20111 11 месяцев назад +2

      apparently you have no clue about how S.W.A.T. teams work, because they don’t ‘play nice’ and they go “all out” and full throttle until they get the job done

      @@JohnH20111 For those who don't know, S.W.A.T. stands for Special Weapons Assault Team-not to be taken lightly. Also, "SWAT team" is a redundant term equivalent to chai tea.

      @@JamesDavy2009 It actually stands for Special Weapons And Tactics, so saying S.W.A.T. Team is not redundant.
