The biggest thing about storrm is she is better closer to the ground. 2 reasons being her buff circle is bigger and how her basic attack works. Her attacks pierce enemies so you want it to through people into others behind your target. If you are up in the air shooting downwards at someone then you wont be hitting others.
yeah her projectiles being able to pierce is a weird property for her to have Id much prefer it to have wider hitboxes so they land more consistently when you fire them from the air
Her main attack also has massive damage dropoff so you need to be close to the ground at mid range on a slow character with no escape/survival skill...

I love Storm and get the most assists in 90% of my games. I wish they move her into strategist, leave everything the same but the lightning heals Allies while still piercing. And maybe tornado heals allies in addition to damaging enemies.
Storm the character does not heal. Shes a weather goddess. She needs a better kit utilizing her weather abilities...rain, ice, snow, wind, lightning...
I just recently picked up storm and she is fun. I want to keep playing her to get better but I’m almost always forced to swap to strategist. I started off with Luna as my main since no one wants to support but she is fun too at least.

just saying, you cant make the title "storm has incredible DPS" and then not show the lobbies damage at the end. Ive been arguing that storms damage is actually incredibly LOW, and i still havent been proven wrong. However, it would be key to know how much "boosted" damage your passive does for the team. because thats where she really accels
Storm is does not have insane DPS at all. She pretty much just throws extra baby damage at people until your team cleans them up. Her projectiles are just too weak and have too much fall off. (Before anyone replies, my highest kill game is on Storm and I climbed to gold with her (currently plat as a Cloak and Dagger main)
Someone has to say it. She sucks. Objectively. This man just played out of his mind and somehow enemy team didn't think to try and shoot Storm down, besides Scarlet Witch. Despite ALL the hits he landed, if his teammates weren't chipping enemies down with him, trying to kill with Storm autos takes literally forever. If the enemy you're attacking with her has a healer? Then it goes to NEVER getting a kill outside of your ult. For a normie, absolutely no one should touch Storm until she's reworked or buffed. For someone with really good aim, timing, and coordinated teammates? Yeah, I guess she's serviceable... but that's it. Just use Hawkeye if your aim is good and you'll get ten times the reward for not even half the effort we're seeing here.

I wish the made her do Whirlwinds instead of Wind Blades. I also wish she had a Hail Storm and Flash Freezing Attack. Other than that I Love Storm. I just wish they done more with her Power Set Abilities.
BRO u made storm look badass bro, while in the marv rival subreddit I’m hearing ppls thoughts on storm sharing that they feel she needs some drastic improvements I can’t speak on her cause I don’t use her but only thing I could say is why does she need to reload her default PROJECTILE that makes 0 sense like what the flip does she need to reload even better what’s she gonna do?, pull thunder/lightning out of her ass or what osrs😆😭💯!

I’m playing storm since yesterday and in term of raw dmg, she is bad. But in term of support your team, is probably the best dps in the game for doing that. Permanent dmg boost and an okay movement boost….Buffing her like people want would make her meta and overpowered so to balance her I would just add a second type of attack aside from her wind strikes, that is more as a lightning that has short range, similar to the ability you get with Thor team up but with like 6 shots of it. Plus I would make her other lighting strike (the basic one) pierce through the enemy and increase its damage to 65% of the hp of a 250 health target. This change would make her MUCH easier to play and not busted since she would still suffer hit scans…at least you can have a one shot combo like almost every character has.
Just make hit scan and slightly increase fly speed and ppl will play her more. Feel like you gotta be really locked in just to be decent. And she’s rarely ever picked in high elo

It's interesting. Once you understand that Storm is a DPS support, you can really maximize her potential through your team.
