Appreciate it!! 👍
Thanks frank ur videos been awesome there strict here in San diego with rules I'm on my first cart tamales lemonade champorado stand. They don't regulate electrical according to my health department.i got stuck looking how to get some outlets so I was going for a power inlet boxx connected to my generator cord.watching ur videos got me debating going with a 35 amp breaker boxx
Ur videos are so healthful thanks I actually do sheetmetal for a living so this stuff comes second nature 2
@@bellezadetierraymar there we go!!! Yes California is a different animal
This guy is a smart Mexican
Two thumbs up amigo!
Appreciate it sir
I started building mine 2 and a half years ago. I left it about 9 months in storage until I talked my girlfriend into letting me do it in the driveway. Its si crazy we have the same flooring, inside metal and seamstrips. I found you when I was learning how to do the plumbing and this video is what I needed. Touche bro, I wish I had done the metal ceiling with the white down, and wish I wouldve floored my same material up at least 6 inch but it's all good
There we go!!! Tell her it's a money maker and maybe she'll let it slide
Thank you for your knowledge
Absolutely. My pleasure
Thank you for your comprehensive videos. A recap of electrical would be so helpful.
Sounds like a plan. Electrical Recap video coming up 👍
Yay! I was number 114 I think ♡♡♡
Thanks frank you really inspired me to build my food truck can't thank you enough
Appreciate that. You got this!
i want to convert a trailer into a dog grooming salon and this is helping me understand and now i have enough courage to do at lest the plumbing myself
Have you done it yet
Great video. Have a older food trailer that someone built. The sinks are drop in but they put regular style house cabinets with them. Wasting about 9 inches of space I can use in the trailer. Will be cutting them out next week and making some extra room in the trailer. Then the hood system installed. Thanks for the videos. Very helpful.
There we go!! You can find good deals on used ones and customize them for you
Great Video! Lots of Details! You make it look so Easy! Thx for this Plumbing Video!
Lol. You should of seen me on the first truck it was some funny stuff. Lol. Appreciate the feedback and message!
Eres un chingon frank saludos y bendiciones hermano gracias por tus vídeos

Brother.....I watched every video. My first food truck was partially built. The one I just finished, I couldn’t get an electrician or plumber, so I’m glad I did it myself. The Uphill Grill, coming soonnnnnnnn! Nice videos!
Love it!!!! Where are you located?
@@fbaltierrez Montana currently, but relocating after the beginning of the yr.
@@fbaltierrez we were in the Midwest, Springfield, Mo. My restaurant was called Migulitos Wrap and Roll cafe. One day I’ll get there again. I have a good deal of friends who have concession trailers and yours are by far more killer looking. Almost hate that I even went in their food trailers, clean and tight, if I let someone in my truck, it better look like you live in it, some I have walked into and thought to myself, damn, I ate from that! To me, cooking has never been a job, daily life for me, but those who do it without passion, man, it really shows. I no longer want to go in anyone else’s mobile unit lol.
@@mahiem101 I have been to many states but never to Montana.
@@fbaltierrez the summer keeps you here, then winter makes you want to leave, just about the time 6 months of winter has you ready to get out, it starts warming up.
Good explanation bud. And I am a Master plumber.! Hell of a job actually! Smart man
Love your video they help out alot
Gredat job, Frank. I'm a Master Plumber, but your videos are teaching me a lot!!! Getting ready to build a trailer and I am getting a lot of great info from you.
Thanks!! DanStrong 500
Appreciate that feedback. 💯
So cool man keep it up I think this channel will get huge just takes time! Taking all sorts of tips for my own little mini truck :)
Appreciate the feedback, hopefully you never know I have followed another channel since he had 5,000 subscribers and last week he passed 1 million. You never know :)

Brother - Not sure why you do all of this buy I am THANKFUL!!
Nice and good job thanks man
Awesome video and input
Great video 👍
Great information.
Which do you install first electrical or plumbing ? Thanks
Electric. Plumbing is towards the end
Hey Frank love the videos. I had a question, do you vent your propane water heater to the outside? Do you happen to have a link to the unit you use in your trailers?
Thanks!
This water heater is ventless. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0977N2DB3/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B0977N2DB3&linkCode=as2&tag=rollingburrit-20&linkId=577a3de7b6555f8888a5211ba2e60923

Hey brother i liked your video but do you any idea how to build a much smaller and morr affordable water connection?!
Appreciate that feedback. This setup is pretty inexpensive and works perfectly wouldn't really change it
I'm glad I ran across your videos I have a mini school bus and I want to convert it to a food truck my concern is installing the hood would it be hard to do in a school bus or cannot fabricate some framing for it love to hear your comment
I have seen some trucks with accumulator tanks in the water system. Think there is any need for that?
I have never seen those, would have to look them up
Hopefully you can do a re cap on the electrical I have everything just kind of confused how everything goes would be great if you helped me out and thanks for the videos!
Absolutely I can get something together!! 💯
Great video question how does that sink start put when your driving does it fall off ever when in transit
Do you prefer tankless water heater? And why
Instant hot water and lower space needed to install
@@fbaltierrez thank you for taking your time to answer!
Great video thanks for posting! Question on the heater I was thinking to install mine on the outside because of the propane but I see yours is on the inside do you have a vent or do you need one? I'm just wondering about the fumes.
This model is vent free thats why its one of my favorite ones to use 👍👍 and if its inside you can use a space heater in winter to keep it warm and prevent freezing 🥶
Do you have a video specifically on installing a water pump and hooking it up??
Yes there should one there. Which inevitably specifically not too sure
But you just go from the tank to the strainer to the pump and out to the faucets
@@fbaltierrez yea. I think I messed up. I have to look but I think I purchased a 12 volt and not a 110/20 volt. Different hook up.
Great videos brother. I have a question, how did you hold the water tanks in place, so they do not move when you move the trailer?
Thanks I’m advance
I haven't got to that part yet. But spoiler alert I use Heavy Duty L-Brackets 👍👍👍😁
Hi frank! Is a propane tank necessary for this water heater? I dont need a propane tank for my truck.
You can use an electric one, that works but will use up some amps just have to account for that
Thank you so much for your help! This one wouldn't work then, I would have to get an electric one? I have the same pump that you have. Do you know if is universal to both electric and gas tankless heaters?
@@heatherwalsh8053 I doubt it, have never tried a different style of WH. the pump just pumps would be my assumption doesn't care what is on the other end
Thank you for your videos. I am a sixth four year young female who is building my food cart . Your videos made it look so simple, and it gave me the confidence that I can do it without paying out lots of money. What size is the pet you are using? A, B, or C.

Does the water pump have to be above the water tank?
Great question. I've never tried it being below the tanks
Gracias por. Enseñar
Can the water heater be enclosed
under sink?
I have seen a lot of water heaters in cabinets so I assume the answer is yes. I don't have cabinets
Hola amigo podría decirme si las mesas hay que fijarlas al piso y como se fijan?
For the water heater is water in the blue pex and water out the red pex
Yes from the water heater yes
I'm going to build my food truck. What type of hood system do I need
I couldn't tell you specifically which one you need. But the one I use is from Hoodmart with a chamfered back. Have to call and request it
Hey frank what type of water heater. You got there and where you can get it from. Please ??
May I ask where you bought the sheets of aluminum for the walls
Can't recommend anywhere anymore nobody has the sheets in stock at this time
One more question my friend is that a propane water heater or electric ??
I’m doing a food truck in a Winnebago truck using the exciting tanks(grey water and wastewater) so I won’t have to use new tanks, how do I do this?
If it was used to collect human waste then yes I would.
Do you have a video to hookup the 3way sink I'm having a hared time and its the last thing i have left to do thank you
There is one it shouldn't be that far away from this one let me see if I can find it
Did you say 120v pump because I'm having a hard time finding one that size
Yes. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076TGWYDK/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B076TGWYDK&linkCode=as2&tag=rollingburrit-20&linkId=84f1018d28a2ea9b0dd3c30921a7cc6f
Frank...we installed the seaflo water pump late last fall and didn't have any issues. We winterized it and now we are ready to get our truck up and running for this season, but the water pump is acting weird. It is not giving enough pressure to our hand sink which is the farthest from the water pump. I have googled and cannot figure out how to get the pressure back up. Do you have any suggestions?
On the right side of your sink what is the cap on your pvc fitting

Hey! Amazon has sold out the hot water heater, whats another brand you would recommend?
Camping World I just ordered one and received Saturday
did you have to submit a a top view, operator’s side view, and plumbing page before starting the buildout?
Not for my build Health Department did not require that
Hi Frank you mentioned DuPage County I live in DuPage, where do I go to get a food permit in Dupage?
Hello neighbor, in Wheaton
How did you route the gray water tank vent? TIA
How does your water heater vent out?
It's ventless 👍
Im Just starting to build my empty truck- I'm not sure what to start with first....I know you said you made a playlist in order- how do I find that?
I'm pulling my hair out with how to get running water in my new food trailer and it has the fixtures in it but not connected I need to know where to start because a guy quoted it at $4200 to hook up but you make it look so easy and man I could sure use your expertise on this and willing to pay
Hi Frank
Hope all is well and safe. You are a blessing with my build> Thanks
question I'm building a food trailer ( doing a open concept) I have a trailer 6'5" x 12' . so far I bought a BBQ grill ( combo propane with charcoal and a 20 lb. oven. ) have a 18"x 72" stainless table center 24"x48" with top shelf> My main question is sink. I bought a hand sink, water tankless heat. Do i still need the 3 sinks and Why. We are preparing food and cleaning at a commissary. I can send pictures.
Thanks
if possible to discuss more personal
thanks again for your video's.
Great question but that answer would have to be from your HD it should have a requirement page for mobile vendors or food trucks on their site or have to give them a ring.
Hello frank my pump didn't came whit plug to electric outlet is that mean 😳 it has to be ran whit small battery?😬or can I put a plug 🔌 my self 🤔
Hey Frank - do you have a video that shows how to install a sight gauge for a stainless steel water tank? Food Code in WI says we need to see the level of the water in the clean tank.
Hey Frank. Do you have a link to a 3 sink compartment ??

Great job
I bought a used truck it has two faucets with a transfer pump. The first has pressure but the second barely has pressure. The only thing I have on have is a 12v self priming diaphragm pump with 60psi would this be a better option before I begin cutting into the plumbing?
How do you determine The measurements of all your equipment installation I have a 20’ x 8’ trailer that I am converting into a mobile kitchen
Good morning. Just laid it out on the floor with blue tape and saw how it looked and then bought the equipment according to those measurements

Can you make a video on getting food truck inspection I hear you have to draw blueprints
Hi Juan, I posted a video about blueprints a few videos back
I wonder if Pex plumbing is allowed in Chicago, for Ice cream truck. My mom has 1 truck and her plumbing was done with copper. We're trying to set my truck up but can't get ahold of the guy that did her plumbing.
Great question. This one I would not have the answer to. I have no idea how the City of Chicago has it's rules.
Frank, I see under the sinks it looks like a vent and you didn't explain or say anything about venting your water tank(s). I am starting to build our food trailer and we will be doing a video series as well. Thanks
I explain that the fresh water tank goes to the gravity fill valve, if I didn't on this Video on one of my other plumbing videos it should be there.
I'm wanting to install a range hood in a school bus is that possible
do you do any consulting?
Yo estoy haciendo un plano y quiero que me quepa todo en solo 4x8 pies😂 no sé si el departamento lo apruebe

is 1/2 inc code bc in Alabama its 1 1/2 inc
In my county they don't have a build code for Food Trucks. As of now
Why not plastic fittings?????
For the pex? I guess you could use them I like the metal copper ones.
Please add Measurements as well
Good morning. What did you need measurements on?
I will call out for everyone, not all PEX piping is the same, fittings wise. There are a few types of fittings & piping that match it, sharkbite style external clamping PEX, and compression fitting PEX, they have special letters associated with them, but the compression fitting tools/fittings/piping are a bit pricier, but I believe are supposed to be considered a more permanent solution for homes.
