1 tablespoon sugar (20g)
1 glass of warm milk (200ml)

1 tablespoon butter (40g)
4.5 cups of flour (540g)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)
to grease the dough
half a tea glass of oil (60ml)

For the above
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of oil
