EGG FRIED RICE WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients:
Boil Basmati Rice 3 Cup
Egg 4
Spring Onion 2
Chopped Carrots 1
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
Food Color (Yellow) ½ tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil 5 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add yellow food color, fry beaten eggs for 2 minutes, and keep aside. Now add chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute. Then add vegetables, rice, eggs, and salt to it fry for 2 minutes, and serve.
SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless (Medium Cubes) 500 grams
Flour ½ Cup
Corn Flour ½ Cup
Crushed Red Chili 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil Fry Purpose
Sugar 6 tbsp
Ketchup ½ Cup
Vinegar 1 Cup
Corn Flour 4 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
Chicken Stock 2 Cup
Method:
In a bowl, mix chicken, flour, corn flour, crushed red chili, garlic, ginger, and salt well. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes and keep it aside. Heat a pan with 5 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add ketchup, chicken stock, vinegar, and sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Then add corn flour to the sauce and mix it with chicken. Now serve with rice.
