nice list tho i do want to add my own takes as a leopardmon player i think you're going way to deep whit anti imperial id only run the 4 pomumons if any also a cheaper out to floodgate rookie is aquilamon it dose cost a 3 but leopardmon can play it for free its also good for ealy chip damage also cherubi as a 3 off is really good tldr like you're list but i think its way too targeted to the imperial matchup
also if you really want to stick it to the imperial players you can try leopardmon x imperial x ultimate chaosmon its a really silly build that goes kinda crazy
