Matt, I love your stuff and man I’m just like you in the fact that Travis Tritt is the man. I have a request for throwback Thursday. It’s goes back a ways “It’s been a good afternoon by Merle Haggard or Do you wanna go to heaven by T.G. Sheppard. Man I love those two songs. I’m about 10 years older than you and seen style changes in country music, in my opinion the 80s was the best. God bless you and your family and keep up the great work.
Matt, I’m 60 & I bought my 1st guitar 5 days ago. Well you’ve helped you a ton learning some chords. Yet, I have to look at each finger placement for each & every chord. Which makes it very difficult to create any semblance of music or a song. Is there anything you can recommend to improve on how to commit chords to memory & increase the speed from 1 chord to the next? Please help!

I'm always shooting for completing the entire song and always like to hear the entire song played and sung. Good job with your teaching nothing wrong with short cut style but I always have to go to other sites to learn things all the way through.
yes same here.... would like to hear it complete ninterupted in a slow fashion.. also need to go hunt the lyrics.
