  • For the last couple of seasons, Ohio State's special teams have been inconsistent or worse. While the Buckeyes have struggled to make big plays in the return game, they have also had a series of mistakes and miscommunications in crucial moments.
Now, with former special teams coordinator Parker Fleming gone, how will things look this fall under a combination of assistant coaches?
Tony Gerdeman of BuckeyeHuddle.com joins host Tom Orr to discuss that, plus a matchup that happened hundreds of times on the practice field at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center, which will now play a big part in determining the outcome of one of the Buckeyes' biggest games of 2024.

I sure hope we see marked improvement in Special Teams this year. I used to be so proud of our ST... How far they have faded recently is a travesty. Go Bucks!
