I'm not too much a JDM fan, more of a Porsche guy, but damn the RX7 is timeless. Despite overall not being a JDM fan, RX7 is actually the car that got me into cars and Porsches. The curves and looks and the high revving motor and the dorito’s intense high pitches sound. It’s all timeless.
I keep coming back to this video. The cinematography isn’t absolutely stunning and it just feels like every shot is methodically placed and in tune with the music and sounds.
Damn. Watching this feels like a dream. This is what I crave for. I own a 90s lancer, and have a squad of 6 with lancers and civics. We do this kind of night ride whenever we're all free. I hope someday we'll be able to document our leisure with this kind of amazing videography. Totally envy the car culture in Japan!!!

It is sad to say, however, that the theft of JDM cars has been very bad in Japan for the past five years. Skyline, Supra, Evos, STIs, and of course Silvia like any drift cars have been stolen from warehouses and exported everyday. Of course, it is the people who steal that are completely at fault, hurting both the original owner and the new owner. Please, don't buy a suspicious car, no matter how cheap it is. For example, a car that has obviously been welded chassis, has Japanese license plates still on it and have traces of destruction. Don't let the bad guys have the profits. To preserve this wonderful culture together.
But isn't the importer is at fault or the local police or government? If I'm not an expert I can't tell the car was stolen if it gets fixed then offered for sale, but i get your point

I had a black RX7 that I sprayed a custom black with gold flake, deep dish rims, cwest type 2 kit, apexi ECU, updated seats, full HKS exhaust, turbo timer and it was the amazing. Sold it after a rebuild as I could not use it for commuting. Too paranoid to leave it on the streets, as people would be all over it, taking pics and sitting on it etc Regret selling it every day. The smile it brought to my face when I pushed the revs, quick shifted through the gears, heard the hiss of the dump valves 😍
FD is awesome! There aren't cars that are cooler than this. The video is also very cool and beautiful. But to be honest, I wanted to enjoy the sound of engine more
