    A Tip from a stronger player that is a fan of Scotch 4-knights. The Position on 3:46 is very good for white. Black has a King that stuck in the middle and your bishop is a god on this diagonal. The problem of early 6.Bd2 before castling is 6...Qe7 with d5 and the e4 has a scary pin! An interesting gambit option that Incan recommend to try is 7.Bd2 after castling.

    Most openings are not boring, especially below 2000 elo. People often underestimate just how much play remains in many apparently "boring" and "drawing" openings.

      Yes. I don't find anything about chess to be boring at all. Other people perceive certain ideas to be boring so they don't learn them and get burned in games.
