people that hate this mission because theirs enemies from every side well its realistic which is why brazilian military police has had such a hard time killing off the drug lords holding the favelas its hectic they are everywhere at least they got that right i guess....i though it was quite fun i like a challenge
ya i liked the mission too but trust me if u play on veteran u will defo hate it,idk how i did it when i was a kid,but boy was it tough and frustrating
Its incredible how much passion this game has. Nowadays Activision and the other companies are just focus on fucking supply drops and take the money away from little kids.
Ahh. I could remember it like yesterday. Coming home from school as a young kid and going on my Xbox 360 & launching this masterpiece. Spent hours on this game. Wonderful memories.
I nearly broke my glass desk on this mission. It was the hardest mission I have ever played in any game I've played. Just about sent me into cardiac arrest
The "not favela" area is so accurate to me (mostly if you consider Southern Rio)... the trees, the buildings, the cars... I have never gone too deep inside a favela, but that as far as I've seen, this was also realistically depicted.
I remember those old days when COD used to be COD. This mission was probably the hardest even on recruit when i first played this. The second time I played this on Veteran it was easy AF
Driftin honestly. I don't play call of duty anymore but I always remembered playing recruit on all campaigns and still kicking ass on multiplayer. I just play campaign for the story, not the skill LOL.
Soap should not have died...he was always the main protagonist. He killed zakhaev and shepherd..he should have killed makarov too ..what was the point of killing him they could have killed him in beginning of mw3 despite dragging him to the end only leaving him as a secondary protagonist..it was the change in writing team otherwise soap would have been more iconic
Here after playing the MW2 remastered, and I just wanna say at 2:12 instead of him holding the jumper cables, he has a torch in the new one. That’s a cool little change
just realized Captain MacTavish was Soap... So Soap taught Price, and now Price is the leader of Task Force 141? -Look, Soap joins Task Force 141, right? So he musta retired or somethin'. How did that mixup happen?-
I remember being 10 and not knowing where to go ever, i would just kill everyone (somehow) and hope I take the right corner or hallway or something. It took me forever and finally my 10 year old self thought about ladders.
It's moe that they are literary everywhere and crawl out of every hole! The fact the they usually have the high ground doesn't help either! Some missions were ridiculously easy but this one was tough, I'll admi that, especially the hardened and veteran levels!
This mission was the toughest in this game for me. Always get caught out by guys on the rooftops and those dogs
Clark yea dude, brazilian forces fight this every day in rio favelas
Thales Vidal não exagera, não chega a ser exatamente assim kkkjj
Se bem que eu vi que montaram umas metralhadoras em uma parte de uma favela aqui
i had done this mission on first time so easy
Yep
"We need him unharmed"
Proceeds to slam him in the side off of a twenty foot building onto a hard car roof with shards of glass falling after them....
Its the ONLY way o.o
As long as he’s not dead
Play this on Veteran. You better have a spare controller.
Michael Biland word oh lord.
Michael Biland I actually broke my controlleron this mission
it's fucking hard enough on recruit, so no chance, I'd need a new monitor, mouse, keyboard and a fucking PC after that
Michael Biland trying to remember how my kid self beat this on veteran
Michael Biland took a lot of hours though as I remembered
MW2 had the best ACOG sights
Facts
And black ops 1
Exploring Is My Game - Om bro i always hated ACOG but MW2 and BO1 were the only exceptions for me
@PickleNick ur mom virgin
@PickleNick How jobless are you to bullshit with randoms over the internet? xD
This game is so accurate with the favelas everyone there is strapped
people that hate this mission because theirs enemies from every side well its realistic which is why brazilian military police has had such a hard time killing off the drug lords holding the favelas its hectic they are everywhere at least they got that right i guess....i though it was quite fun i like a challenge

@@londonisforeverblue1022 It would be impossible without the frequent checkpoints.
I love that its realistic but it is an anoying missian
@@friedrichii.aliasdergroe9233 not impossible because I literally beat it on veteran without checkpoints lol
@@goldenirets8930 yes this mission is actually pretty easy on veteran
Its incredible how much passion this game has. Nowadays Activision and the other companies are just focus on fucking supply drops and take the money away from little kids.
That's true
they are doing that shit fortnite ripoff battle Royale so they can be popular
Retro Ren so am i
Farid Joaquin shit idk WWII storyline was pretty good and the Modern warfare storyline is way better than the Modern Warfare storyline on cod 4
No BS DLC's that last only 20 minutes max, and no P2P kind of stuff. That's why I like previous games.
Reporter: You lost the World Cup. What do you wanna say?
Brazil: Hold my Coconut Water.
cof 5 victories cof cof
They dont have coconut water, they have sopa du macaco
E mesmo se usar merdas
Don’t forget! We have Guarana soda too. 😁😁😁

Brazilian army taked a year to enter in a BIG Favela ... and a ALONE Guy wering Jeans entered and taked one Favela in 20 Minutes
LOOKS LEGIT :D
But you forget that this is just a game! nor Swat comes easy in a favela in Rio!
that lone guy was Wolverine
To be fair, the Brazilian Army's training doesn't compare to the SAS's training, our soldiers are far too young and unexperienced.

I nearly broke my glass desk on this mission. It was the hardest mission I have ever played in any game I've played. Just about sent me into cardiac arrest
It was the most easiest and the most interesting mission for me on the PC. Rest I don't know about the controller 😂

its wrong. Brasil is different
This was when the campaigns really felt like summer blockbusters. IW really out did themselves
I really like this mission. It is so intense. You always have to keep ur eyes open to every corner. Especially, the rooftop.
If this was really 2016, there would be people standing there recording this on their cell phone.
Megablueforce WORLD STAR
Megablueforce Highly doubt anyone who lives in a favela owns a cellphone
Pretty much everyone in the favelas has a smartphone and internet acess. They might be poor af but cant kive without a smartphone.
It's 2016 in the game
Hahahahha
I played this on recruit and it was hard as fuck
Same Thing.
Same
I miss ghost and roach
amd i miss all 😢
Playing this in Veteran mode. Dude, you're gonna have the time of your life.
I remember those old days when COD used to be COD. This mission was probably the hardest even on recruit when i first played this. The second time I played this on Veteran it was easy AF
you know shit was gonna get real when you saw the location as "Rio De Janeiro, Brazil."
As a Brazilian I always wondered why the fuck Alejandro Rojas' name is completely more Spanish-sounding than Portuguese.
Maybe because he is not from Brazil? He only supplies the militia.
Para ele ser brasileiro o nome deveria ser Alessandro Rocha
Batman is still scared Brazilian name: Alessandro Rocha
Spanish: Alejandro Rojas
He is not brazilian
do i care? Ó o cara manjando dos paranauê
No começo da missão aparece lá "nacionalidade desconhecida" então provavelmente ele n é Br
Damn I miss this game.
Back when COD and video games in general were good.
Damn...! Impossible in veteran mode lol...
Dimas Katamata I've played it on veteran, but you have to go extremely slow so you won't get killed.
Imagine Realism if that difficulty even existed for this game. It's Hell.
best part in the mission
Ghost : he is gonna get away
Cpt. Mactavish, sorry I meant Soap : no, he is not. ( windows crash )
got the bastard
I don't know why but Alejandro Rojas look like pokemon fan for me
Lol it must be the cap
i played this misson in hardened and it's hard as fuck
Hiếu Trần Trọng lol I completed it in veteran here's a tip use ur acr and uzis
i'm not a hardcore gamer so hardened for me still hard
Hiếu Trần Trọng but did u read the tip I gave u
Try Veteran.
Mike De Santa Try harder, try Veteran... I could pass but just one time, and I almost trowed the controller at the wall.
What I want to know is, why during the pursuit there are cars on fire?
Rojas' assistant shot the place up for some reason.
8:41 - "Ghost, I'm going far right!"
Who wouldn't in Brazil?
3:58
*"O inimigo tá chegando pela direita!"*
Eles realmente souberam Representar o Brasil ou pelo menos o Estado do Rio de Janeiro, corretamente!
Seria mais realista ainda se essa missão fosse no nordeste, he he he...
When I heard that Hans Zimmer made the soundtrack I came here to listen again and yea.... this game has a special place in my heart (:
When this guy is playing this on recruit
HOUNEST like holy
His aim hurts my eyes. It's like he's playing with severe Parkinson's disease.
A Bagel so what? none of your business, let him play the way he wants to play
Never said he should stop playing. Just expressing my opinion over how bad his aim is.
Driftin honestly. I don't play call of duty anymore but I always remembered playing recruit on all campaigns and still kicking ass on multiplayer. I just play campaign for the story, not the skill LOL.
"We've got eyes on Rojas!-"

mw3 story was shit activison fired real cod creators
True

As a Brazilian I confirm that the dubbing of the drug dealer npcs is perfect, he is fluent in Portuguese with a typical accent from Rio de Janeiro

THE best stage in any Call of Duty, ever! Specially in multiplayer.

That’s a cool little change
Ensconced • I don’t like it, I think the battery is cooler than a blowtorch

This is the hardest mission in mw2 campaign
