    Very well presented!- A big fan of the double height layout and the roof access for the 4 BHK.
    How do you compare La tilia’s layout with Velora phase 2 4BHK ?

      Let's compare 4BR for both
      BUA
      La Tilia 2476 sft
      Velora 2700 sft
      Ensuite bedrooms
      La Tilia: 1
      Velora: 3
      Velora is better hands down with more functionality and bigger sizes for every room, but if double height ceiling feature is something you prefer or the better payment plan then you should go for La Tilia

      That's the final checks into the property just before handover. To make sure everything is in perfect condition and there are no faults (Cracks in Tiles, leaking taps, bad paint job, etc.)
