Oh Allah thank you for bestowing upon us this reminder.. oh Allah make us from among those who make sincere shukr. Ameen.
Very nice lecture in English language about being thankful to Allah .. Summary in my words
1. We can't ignore affects of culture (that we inherit from our forefathers & also from the society we are living in)
2. Commiting Sins have become much easier with internet and modern ways using a computer.
3. Why shukr or gratitude ?
We should have moments to thanks Allah... It's a way to remember Allah and also a part of worship
We have so many bounties everyday from Allah but we normally only be thankful to Allah for special moments.
But if we really think about all the blessings, we would be be thanking whole day.
Sabr and Zikar also important.
Shukar is very powerful. And through good things we can reach Allah.
Shukar should be for everything in life, not just the extra ordinary things in life.
We need to confess & express to others about the bounties which we have received from Allah, not to show off but with pure intention.
One way is to take a piece of paper and start writing about the good things you have been gifted by Allah.
This can be good exercise from people who feel depressed.
May Allah grant us closeness to him by doing shukr (thanks) and make things easy for us and purify us. Ameen
My summary, Inshallah i hope may be beneficial;
• Inshallah Allah (swt) will increase you if you give thanks and gratitude.
• Constant remembrance and awareness of Allah (swt) (taqwa) is a key to success.
• Culture impacts our lives as we are surrounded by it. Culture changes over time and we need to determine the good and bad aspects of them.
• Fitnah and sin have increased in volume and with ease over the years; this is a constant challenge.
• Protect yourself with taqwa to the point where it’s as if you can see Allah (swt). To achieve this level of taqwa;
o Dhikr.
o You will regard an affliction / calamity as a recompense for your sins.
• Don’t restrict thanks and gratitude to only the big achievements. Try and focus on the everyday blessings as well.
• Sabr, shukr, dhikr, taqwa.
• Shukr and contentment removes greed.
• We are given blessings without even asking nor trying.
• Showing off your blessings is not a sign of genuine shukr.
• Even if we wanted to thank Allah (swt) for all the blessings we have and continue to receive, we wouldn’t even scratch the surface.
• Every single human being has something to be thankful for; it is not restricted to only the “millionaires” who have been blessed wither very comfortable and wealthy lives.
• If you were to apply a positive outlook and write some of your blessings every day, you could probably do this for the rest of your life.

Jealousy of people about our lifes, too much pressure, "nazar" ...etc. Be safe do not panic of what is happening, let it go, it's hard to dont have stress 😔
