I know, this video is WAAAAY too long! It was 46 minutes before I started taking a scalpel to it. I have a problem people... I am working on it but I I promise to keep the jibber-jabber as much as I can. My plan is 8-15 min videos. Does that sound like a good target? Let me know what you all think.
Oh God I miss Jack n a box! After I moved from a bigger city out to the country these small towns have very few fast food places and I do miss this place! Can't wait to make this!!
Awesome video as always, I never ate one of these sandwiches back in the day; I was single-digit age back then, and highly anti tomato & mayo. Do you remember the Pizza Pocket from Jack in the Box? It was one of the only menu items I'd eat from the one on El Toro and Rockfield, despite the mushrooms and olives. Any chance of a Pizza Pocket video?
I never had the pizza pockets bitd. Not a mushroom guy really but it looks fun! What about some fun riffs on the concept? Egg roll pockets? Taco pockets? Sourdough jack pocket? That last may have conceptual issues but you get the idea.... thanks!
